Interested and willing to share your Toastmasters skills with a small group of youths from Cincinnati Public Schools? This short-term late-afternoon/early-evening volunteer opportunity will take place at several sites in Cincinnati, in these zip codes:

45204, 45205, 45207, 45214, 45219, 45224,
45225, 45226, 45227, 45229, 45232, 45236

Your effort can make a lifetime of difference! Designed in cooperation with the CincyAfterSchool program, this mini-program is shorter than a full Toastmasters Youth Leadership course. It could be just the thing to open the door to more good things for the community and for Toastmasters.

Selected Toastmasters participants will go on site to CincyAfterSchool groups on an agreed schedule. There, they will share tips about public speaking and help kid participants to gain skills they can use to help provide tours of the afterschool/community learning center site to potential donors, board members, and other visitors to the site. CincyAfterSchool will provide scripts and other materials to round out the program and help prepare the children. Fellow Toastmasters will be available to help you earn appropriate credit toward your DTM.
