Trust The Energy!

When in doubt what to do when you work with a person or persons in a SKHM-class, just TRUST THE ENERGY!

Try to let go of everything you may think of and give in to the moment. Wonderfull things can happen.

Letting go is the hardest thing to do sometimes!
