Are you allowing yourself to be loved?

In a class sometimes people have no idea if they are resisting energy (love) or opening up for it.
They need to become aware of this principle and as a SKHM-teacher you can help and support them to become aware of this " problem".
As soon as they understand that they have a choice, when they open up, the energy shifts and connects to the person and an open heart initiation or re-connection is established.
The question you can ask them or yourself in this matter is: Are You Allowing Yourself To Be Loved?
