......Patrick, Bless you for this wonderful experience. I woke this morning around 5am, my body was a beacon/transmitter, this amazing pure love energy flowing freely, emanating in endless bands from my heart chakra, amazing, words can not describe my joy at this!

  ……. I feel  wonderful.  It was the second big spiritual experience in my life. This initiation felt emotional and physical. There is still that feeling, very beautiful in my Heart.......

  .....That evening, lying in my bedroom, I decided to read through the meditation Patrick had sent me. But, as I picked it up, I thought, ‘Why not just do it?’ So I started to read the first lines. Suddenly my crown chakra popped open, a huge energy came in, and went through the whole of my body. It took me completely by surprise! I was swept away in a really unbelievable “sea of love.’ I started to float. Everything from my past, the times when I had started to hate myself, all the things that had happened to me - all these feelings came passing by, encompassing me, and filling me totally with this “feeling of Love.” I found it an incredibly moving experience....

 .........I love this meditation.  The more I practice, the faster I can connect into my heart center.  When it's live with Patrick, though, the energy just seems to pop in with more intensity.  I went through some processing --my body shaking like I was having a seizure.  I had my eyes closed and was fullly in the moment, yet had the presence to remark to Patrick that the particular jerky movements running through my body were new to me.  I also remarked that it felt like a 220 current running through my 110 body!  After the clearing had run its course, I felt the incredible peace and love afterglow.  We signed off then, Patrick didn't want to interfere with the residual work of the energy. 

 A few hours later, I went to my regular weekly healing circle.  The people remarked "what happened to you?"  Many said I was glowing.  I just felt peaceful and happy.  The energy at the table where I and several others worked was amazing.  There was some powerful healing going on! At one point, I was working on a person's mental/emotional field and the woman across the table told me afterward that she had to move out of the way because the energy coming out of my hands was too much for her!  Thank you, All Love.

........I attended the recent Patrick's workshop in the UK.

After being practising SKHM for over a year quite intensively (5 workshops, many presential meditations and one or two meditations over the internet every week). I believe I had a pretty good understanding of the basics of SKHM. So my expectation for this workshop was mostly to meet Patrick and experience his energy.

But the workshop was quite an experience. Being able to meet Patrick was the most important, but I was indeed able to grasp a few new ideas to me from the master.

These are some of the things that I wrote down when I returned from the workshop:

- The way Patrick connects the heart and other parts where you can feel energy or blocks to the throat chakra. That was pretty impressive and very effective. When he lets out that energy in voice form, many of us can feel our own heart energy resonate to it. And having over 20 people singing with their hearts made quite a unique symphony.

- How he uses the emotion, any emotion as a key to open your heart connection and thus open yourself to the energy. He advised me personally to find something that could trigger this mechanism, and it was extremely useful to achieve a connection for me.

- Drop your energy from your head to your heart. In my case, being someone that activates the mind alot, I knew I had to connect to my heart and feel, instead of think. But his suggestion to drop the energy from the mind to the heart made things a lot easier.

- I learned how the connections to Earth and Heaven (Love and All) are metaphores to reach our alfa and omega chakras, as gateways to the energy. And now I can understand that bringing down suns, pyramids, infinites is essentially a way to reafirm this connection. It helps me just to visualize the energy in those chakras and repeatedly bring down an infinite or a sun to reinforce that energy path (before I was finding the visualizations complex and distracting, now that I understand what they are, I am much more comfortable with them).

- The energy we channel I knew it was the "source" energy. Now I know that we are actually channeling this energy from our higher self. This helps me focus more my intention (it is more specific). Of course, our higher self is our direct connection to the Source (it is a part of it). I wonder what can happen if we channel instead energy from other entities (given the neccesary precautions, of course).

I learned more things, but those are more personal in nature. I have shared what I believe might be useful for more people.
