This is not an internet call (VoIP). You just use a regular phone to make the teleconference call:

We also suggest that to be part of the teleconference, that you use a phone with an account that allows free long distance calls (like some offered by cell phone companies) because the phone number where people will call is NOT a Toll Free or 1-800 number.
