DAY 40 - You have completed the 40 days of focus.. I want to as your Coach congratulate you for not giving up on this journey. It's another victory for you. Let's close it in prayer.
Father I just want to thank you for the gift you have given the body of Christ and all of those that have hearkened diligently to the principles that have been exposed over these 40 days. Father, I thank you for the gift you have called them to be to change the world and bring the kindgom to earth as it is in heaven, Matthew 6, and so Father we just want to give you glory now because every breath, every opportunity you get the glory for it because we can do nothing without you, use us Lord in Jesus name, Amen.
DAY 39 - In a religious moment in my life, I remember telling God to remove anything that was displeasing to Him. It was a good prayer and a righteous sounding one, however, one day God took me up on my Word. I went bankrupt. Id idn't mean for him to take my business - it was my precious, precious. I spent all of my time consumed with its demand on me and God waited and waited. What do you love more than God? what in your life is making God wait? Will you sacrifice its power over God.. List the things that you use to make God wait, and break the curse. YOU CAN DO IT!
DAY 38 - When you lose spiritual or emotional power you feel it. Why did I say that?... Why did I do that? I was out of control.. I feel so depressed. Some of us feel fear and don't know why. I believe that these experiences are due to a loss of God's power through being absent from His presence. This is what happened to Adam & Eve when they were in the presence of Lucifer...They lost power and felt fear! Stay in the presence of God and be powerful, YOU CAN DO IT!
DAY 37 - When I disobey God's voice speaking to me and do what I feel like doing, I lose chest compression. Chest compression is the deep breath of power taken before tackling difficult situations. As an employer, and as a minister of the gospel, I need chest compression in making tough decisions, or speaking before groups of people who don't know, trust or particularly care about me. Notice your breathing when things are difficult in your life. Take in a deep breath of God's confidence, courage, hope, belief and faith, then take action, YOU CAN DO IT! Take that deep breath and trust him.
DAY 36 - My career in packaging, the house my wife and I live in today and the resort that we own are all the result of acting on what God said (even though we could not afford it or did not know how to do it). It was God’s favor that turned our ventures into success. Reflect back now over your past experiences. Notice the relationships between you acting on God’s urging in the spirit and the supernatural favor that has blessed your life. Give God the glory! You can do it! Trust Him!!!!!
DAY 35 - Football teaches its participants to get "psyched-up" to take big risk. As a player, I would psyche up by taking rapid deep breaths while focusing my thinking on dominating my opponent (until I had no fear or doubt about my victory). Begin now to psyche yourself up on one thing too big for you to do without God’s help. Psyche yourself up to take a calculated risk. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. You can do it!! Psyche up!
DAY 34 - There are four levels of value. The lowest level of value is “Me Someday.” Me Someday says: "I’m not as good as him or her, but I could be, with help." Level Two of this rung of value is “Me Too.” Me Too says: "I am as good as everybody else, but, I’m struggling to stand out from the crowd." Level Three of this rung of value is “Me Special.” Me Special says: "I stand out, I bring value." But the highest rung on this value ladder is “Me Only.” God created you to be great; to be the “Me Only” ones of the world...To change the world by doing what only you can do -- called your purpose. You can do it!
DAY 33 - I am acquiring a habit of trusting the Word of God more than myself. This trust comes as I repeatedly read and hear God’s Word of unfailing promises. I want you to develop the habit of listening to the Word of God whenever possible. Obtain the Bible on cassette, teaching ministry tapes and a habit of worshiping. Saturate your home with the Word of God 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Soaking in the Word of God increases your level of trust in God. Trust Him. Trust Him. It is the beginning of your success!!!
DAY 32 - Worship is to give God extravagant respect. The remembering of His goodness brings us to such a pleasure! I can remember at least 10 occasions in my life that, if not for God’s intervention, I would be dead or destitute. How has God protected you? Think about it. List occasions when God has supernaturally intervened in your life and begin to worship and thank Him. You can do it!! Begin the worship!!
DAY 31 - When you are in your purpose, nothing can stop God’s plan working through you. When you walk in your anointed dream, you are dangerous because you are protected. You are under the Psalms 91 anointing. Psalms 91 says: "He who dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." Wow! What protection! Be bold! You can do it!!!
DAY 30 - Are you failing today because of a poor self image based on what authority figures have said about you in the past? Only in the "NOW," 0 to 5 seconds of conscious thought, can you create a new path. You can change your poor self image by choosing to see yourself as God sees you right now. What does the Word of God say about you? The Word of God says in Romans 3:4: "Let God be true, but every man a liar." Choose who you will serve.
DAY 29 - Winners have strong will power. Will power is a character trait that is developed through exercise. You develop will power through performing to completion what you say you will do. When you say the words "I will," that’s a contract. When we don’t keep our word, we grow weak in will and in spirit. We lack confidence in ourselves and people around us lose confidence in us as well. A weak will produces fear expressed as the following characteristics: fear of failing, poor concentration, lack of self control and following the crowd. You’re a winner! Have a strong will!
DAY 28 - Success requires discipline. Discipline is the ability to delay gratification in order to achieve a goal. When you are disciplined, you learn to practice balancing. Balancing means letting the lesser things die so that greater ones may live. We all know the story of Sampson and Delilah. We remember that Sampson fell over and over again because of the lust of his flesh, his lack of discipline. Discipline gives you the ability to control your tongue, to control your emotions, to say "NO" to your feelings when they are in opposition to the will of God. Be disciplined!You can do it!!
DAY 27 - Most of us have a dream or vision from God but we haven’t learned how to take it. The world isn’t going to give it you. You have to take it with force, dedication, hard work and strategy. You’re going to have to struggle, pay the price and suffer. It’s going to cost you something, your energy. Wherever you see God moving it’s his people taking it. The children of Israel had to come out of the desert and be strong enough to go to Jericho and take it by force, Joshua 6. So it will be with you. Stop the whining. Get busy. You can do it.
DAY 26 - Why are you not executing moving towards your dream? Are you really waiting on the Lord or are you in your comfort zone. If you’re in your comfort zone it’s because you don’t see the vision on the inside clearly.
Go to God in prayer and ask him to show you what he wants you to do and how you should do it. Habakkuk 2:2 says write the vision and make it plain. You can do it. God wants to show it to you.
DAY 25 - The dreams of your heart put pressure on you to get out of your comfort zone so you start moving in the direction of the dream of your heart until you run into a big problem. Then you shut down, physically and/or spiritually. When you start to suffer make a decision to stay conscious.
Begin to worship God remembering his faithfulness and love. Remember that it was he that put the dream in your heart. So don’t you quit.
You can do it. Press on!
DAY 24 - There are two types of desires that fuel our dreams. From the inside out and from the outside in. The Bible says in James 4:1-2, where do wars and fights come from among you, do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your member you lust and do not have….and cannot obtain. However the Bible also speaks in Hebrews 8:10 about God putting his desire in your heart. It will be those things that you would want to do, it’ll be his mind in you.
Let God make you pregnant. Dream again.
DAY 23 - The law of accident versus the law of God’s grace. The law of accident says why plan or dream, none of my plans work out because I have no control over my life.
Every time I make a plan, somebody comes to change it. Most of us live life that way going from one important emergency to the next. Kingdom minded people believe in God’s grace. We believe in God’s dream in us. We believe that persistence, preparation, and God’s grace can change reality. Your dreams, planning and works will make a difference. Trust Him.
DAY 22 - The law of accident verses the law of God’s grace. The law of accident says why plan or dream nothing ever works anyway everything is an accident. Every time I plan somebody comes to change it. I have no power or control. Most of us live life that way. Going from one important emergency to the next, however God’s people says there is grace. That is faith in God’s dream in you which equals persistence, preparation, and depending on God’s grace to lead you through. Your realty can change. Trust Him, live by Grace.
DAY 21 - Control your dream space. If someone violates your property you know that the law givers will fight for you. So you call the police with confidence because you can prove your legal authority you can demand justice. Just as there are laws related to possessing mans goods there’re laws governing the possession of God’s property. God has given you a dream and granted you authority. If someone violates that then you can stand against the invasion with confidence that the law giver will protect you and your rights when you call. You can do it. Trust him to protect you.
DAY 20 - How to get respect? Respect comes with success. Success can be defined as reaching ones goals. People respect those who stand up for their beliefs and principles, those who will fight even up til death for their God given dreams, visions and ideas to prosper. Therefore to gain respect requires confidence, courage, hope, belief, faith and trust in God that gives you the supernatural power to win over the forces of life that shout impossible. The word of God tells us that if you hold to your life you will loose it but if you willing to loose life for the words sake, you’ll gain it. You can do it.
DAY 19 - Matthew 7:7 says, ask and it shall be given, seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be open unto you. This one scripture changed my life. Find one scripture that can turn your success around and consume it, eat it day and night. See the word inside of you. Began acting on the word. Be patient. Stick to that one scripture until it becomes a habit so strong in you that its teachings are mandatory, addictive, compulsory way of your acting that has become fixed through repetition. You can do it! Take the word in you.
DAY 18 - Man is constantly changing in the direction of his imagined self. Most of us give up our dreams because we have failed to achieve them in the past. Stop it! You need to seek out God’s image of the person you are becoming. That’s what going to church is all about. That’s why you reading the scripture to find out what God is saying about you. Trust him. Dream again. Let God put his mind in you that you will change from the inside out. You can do it!
DAY 17 - What are you thinking about? Matthew 9:29 says according to your thoughts, according to your beliefs, according to your faith in other words be it unto you your heart attracts to itself the things you think about. If you are constantly thinking about troubles, you’re attracting those things unto you, if you’re thinking success you tend to draw those things unto you. Think God thoughts that you will have the blessings of God being drawn unto you. Think Godly thoughts. What would God say? You can do it!
DAY 16 - II Corinthians 3:3 says you are an epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but by the Spirit of the living God not on topics of stone but on topics of flesh. The word of God is to your spirit what health food is to your body. After I have eaten a carrot I don’t say carrot go to my eyes. It does what it is designed to do. It will not return void of its purpose. When you consume the word it becomes part of you. God can become part of the spirit man in you that he can live in you and through you. Let God use you. You can do it!
DAY 15 - James 1:22 says be doers of the word. My question to you as coach is how you have been acting on the word of God. I want you to make a list of scriptures that you act on without constant thought. In other words that have become habits in you. Often we can quote scriptures and appear to be religious but they haven’t come to become a part of our character. Remember what you give your attention to its spirit will come live in you and act out of you as your behavior or character. You can do it! Let God live through you.
DAy 14 - The Word of God supplies us with tremendous potential. But if we do not act on the Word that we hear we become fat little Christians who produce nothing. For the Word of God to be an asset we’ve got to take action. Be doers of the word and not hearers only says James 1:22. Faith without works is dead says James 2:26. Move, act, pick up your feet, stop whining. You can do it. Don’t you give up!
DAY 13 - Many of us are steered to be bankrupt because we haven’t learned how to take in the word so that it truly becomes an asset. In order to act with wisdom you’ve got to already have the word of God in your heart. It becomes your character. It’s not what you are hearing now that becomes your character. It’s what you have been hearing over a period of time. Remember an asset must be converted for value. Hear it, see it, do it now is the converting process. Don’t forget Deuteronomy 28.
DAY 12 - Income minus expenses equals profits. A liability is defined as debt that draws away income. Assets reproduce profits and income. Why do we invest our lives in liability to our hurt. It is often because there is an inner emptiness. It sends nature to cover up his nakedness says Genesis 3. Assets such as peace of mind, health and energy, loving relationships, financial freedom, worthy goals and personal achievement. They build value. Poverty is a result of misuse of assets. Challenge all your spending habits. Are they producing assets or are they producing liability. You can do it!
DAY 11 - The dreaming process begins when you perceive God’s vision in detail on the inside. The detail is then executed step by step. This execution begins by writing the vision in the same detail that it was perceived. Habakkuk 2:2 says write the vision and make it plain on tablet. In today’s world it’s called a business plan, a vision statement. There will be many unanswered questions along the way. The journey will not be easy. There is a wilderness before every promise. However the kingdom of heaven suffered violence and the violence must take it by force, Mathew 11:12. You can do it, don’t you give up.
