"I am the education director for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. We have over 9,000 members that demand the very best in education. After hearing about AREU from our members as well as a personal referral from the education director of The Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, we booked an REO Specialist course with them. The class was a huge hit and the instructor, Cathy McDaniel, was excellent!

Since then we have had AREU come in to teach the Real Estate ShortSale Specialist course that was excellent as well. We have scheduled other courses with AREU and look forward to working with them in the future. I would highly recommend AREU to any association or school who is looking to partner with an education  provider!

By any measure, the epidemic of Americans losing their homes to foreclosure is severe.  Today, we are experiencing community crises in homeownership. Experts reported 2.8 million homeowners lost their homes in 2009 with a forecast of 3.8 million during 2010 and 9 million over the next four years.

I think we can agree that real estate professionals are the missing link between overwhelmed lenders and homeowners.  The alarming number of homes in default across the nation is growing. There is no mistake the fact that many of the economic struggles our industry saw in 2009 will still be prevalent in 2010. It is clear that lenders and their outsource companies can't handle the need and demand on their own.  American Real Estate University is here to help bridge the gap. We expect over 90% of our real estate business to be REOs and Short Sales this year.

American Real Estate University promotes a two day event "REO Specialist" designation course detailing A-Z performance requirements in managing, marketing, maintaining, selling, buying and financing REO properties.

The REO arena will need additional REO Specialists to help with this new inventory. Don't delay learning about this new real estate business niche that will keep you in business for the next four years.

Center of Responsible Lending - "A new foreclosure starts every 13 seconds, equaling nearly 6,500 a day … CRL estimates that by 2012 at least 9 million new foreclosures will cost $1.9 trillion in lost home equity to 92 million families."

Enhance your real estate business by connecting with banks, lenders and their third party outsource companies in assisting with their foreclosed properties.  Attend the REO course to learn the theory and fundamentals required to participate in the REO industry today.  As a bonus in completing the course, a "Helpful Tools" CD will be provided that provides a resume outline, a directory of more than 300 companies to register with, 15 REO organizations and associations to join plus many trusted resources, checklist, forms and dialogue examples to build your REO department today.

Visit the American Real Estate University website today at www.AREU.tv to schedule a class,  location and registration.  Hurry! Don't delay! Your help is needed in preserving, sustaining and promoting the American dream of homeownership!
