In other news

Our Growth Strategy

Our group of founders currently includes eleven (11) committed members and a core group of experienced Toastmasters who help our educational program unfold naturally.

The group in Independence will rise to charter strength - it is a matter of time before we have a complete cadre of 20 to form our Founders Group. Interested persons will strengthen a range of communications and leadership skills. We welcome all adults 18 and over in the community to visit our meetings and special events - to see for themselves the palette of opportunities. Another high priority is to ensure high quality programming at our meetings, to demonstrate commitment to the Toastmasters Promise (link).

After we reach charter strength (20+ members in all), then our growth momentum continues as an additional group forms in Central Campbell County and/or spins off from the Independence group. At that point, Northern Kentucky will have six (6) clubs in all.

A new midday club? From time to time, we hear of people who cannot attend evening meetings. A midday club just off I-275 between Crestview Mall and NKY could serve that group (Phase III).

A club in/around Boone County and/or Florence? Some are checking the feasibility of forming a club here, maybe around Turfway Road and Houston Road. If interested, call (859) 802-9320 to add your name to the list of interested persons.
