| Kristen is the owner and operator of Silva Consulting. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for over 11 years in the financial services industry. During those years, she held management positions at two large financial institutions. She worked directly with the executive and senior management from various Mutual Fund companies. As a manager servicing mutual fund clients, she was responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, performance, compliance and treasury activities for billions of dollars in mutual fund assets. She was elected by the Board of Trustees for the Northern and Northern Institutional Funds to serve as Assistant Treasurer. Kristen is a member of NAPO. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. |
