Frequently Asked Questions » Club Policies
Q. There is a question on open Company clubs which meet at the company grounds in that the company will only allow company employees to be officers, excluding non-employees who are members. Is this allowed?

A. If a club is open to all, any paid member of the club is eligible to be an officer. If the company wants only employees to take active roles as officers, than the club needs to be changed to a closed club meaning only employees can be members.
