A. On appointment a club coach will visit the club and determine where the club needs attention to become distinguished. The coach will respect the culture of the club and will not impose upon it the practices of their home club. Instead a club coach will work with the officers and members of the club to plan, motivate, and encourage the club members towards being successful Toastmasters and by extension a successful club.
