Q. Any resources for the visually impaired?

A.

Toastmasters International offers the new member kit on tape for members who are visually impaired.  They also have many other items such as advanced manuals that are available on tape as well.  TI recently put some items in a PDF for members who have the technology to convert this so they can have it read to them.  Contact TI for more info on these products at info@toastmasters.org.
