Steve Shapiro, President of the National Speakers Association - New England is offering Toastmaster members a discount to join the NSA-NE and Emerging Speakers Program. Toastmasters should sign up for member rate when registering for a progam. The Emerging Speakers Program is $240 for Toastmasters, which is $35 off the regular rate.
