A descendant from the Kabi Kabi people of South-East Queensland (of he Douwaburra tribe), Ray has spent his life serving the indigenous people of this country. He was National Director of World Vision Australia's Indigenous programmes, a 'vision keeper' for the World Christian Gathering of Indigenous People, a Council member of the Global Indigenous Dialogue, and has been a pastor to numerous indigenous churches.

Ray has lived and worked in 'The Block' in Redfern for many years and is deeply in touch with the needs of its indigenous community. http://www.fighting-fathers.com
