Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Focus Mind and Body Service you warrant to Gabrielle Pullen that you will not use the Focus Mind and Body Service for any unlawful purpose.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

Focus Mind and Body takes a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, commonly known as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated without notice, and will be billed at a rate of $10 for each recipient to whom the message was sent, regardless of whether the messages were sent from our server, or from another server advertising a site hosted on our servers. All commercial mailings must also comply with the CAN-SPAM act and any other applicable federal, state or local laws. Focus Mind and Body reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any website, account, database, or other component that does not comply with this policy, at its sole discretion. Focus Mind and Bodyalso reserves the right to make any such modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion.

Waiver

The failure of Focus Mind and Body to enforce a provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of Focus Mind and Body’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

Modification of Terms

Focus Mind and Body reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without advance notice, effective upon making the modified provisions available on the Focus Mind and Body Website. Refund Policy

Focus Mind and Body will issue refunds at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be made in the following manner to be considered:

The refund request has to be in writing via letter; and

That the customer shall have paid for by Visa or MasterCard or debit card via our website.

There are no refunds on audio downloads or gift cards.

• Contact person’s name
• Copy of contact person’s ID
• Contact person’s local phone number and address
• Person’s local bank account number for refund, name of the bank and account holder’s name
• Money order or postal note number or copy of the slip
• Date and method of the purchase

Standard turnaround time for refund is within one month from the date the customer request is received. The customer will be notified of its decision to refund or to reject the refund request for the reasons stated in this policy within one month from the date the customer refund request letter is received.

The security of your personal information is very important, and Focus Mind and Body is committed to protecting the information that is collected. While there can be no absolute security guarantee of your personal information, Focus Mind and Body uses firewalls and Secure Socket Layers for all personal data collected from you. There are also many different security techniques employed to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access.
