How to make the most of the FELDENKRAIS recordings, so that the path you follow to greater comfort and function can be really successful.

Make sure you have time undisturbed. Lie down on a soft, firm surface such as the floor with a quilt on it. Take as long as you need for rests, or stop the recording at any point if you have had enough.

These lessons seem to be about movement, but is that really all there is to it? To find out what really moves you, you have to go a little deeper.

Some say that what really plagues us is that we are so busy doing what is expected of us that we are buried in layer upon layer of conflicting desires, emotions and habits - all of which are expressed in how we move. Integration, in this context, means letting the layers of conflict fall away until we are free to move, to live and to express ourselves in the moment, without inhibition or any need to control.

Control is an illusion, is it not? This, we have seen from recent global events. Let's get with the program!
