No, everyone force fills the feeder in a straight line from top to bottom.
>How long will it take a member to automatically upgrade into Mex1?

Everyone liable has to pay taxes, but if you are asking does Ultamex sends out a 1099, the answer is NO. You are responsible to report your income at tax time. Ultamex is a Canadian based Company.
