This is the forum for discussing FTH, asking questions, and reporting problems. In order to ask questions (post on this board) you MUST REGISTER for this support iGrOOp and be logged in.
We are happy to provide you with free support, but please, please, please follow these two simple requests: 1) Be sure to check the FAQs BEFORE posting your problem/question and 2) Include your FTH Website Address in every post. Thank you for helping us help you!
Our club is a corporate club, but the emails sent from FTH are not making it to any of the corporate members.
I have attempted to send messages with and without the 'Use the server address as the "From" address' setting set in site administration with no change in results.
From reading the FAQs and previous posts, I get the feeling that the issue is related to the mail server at my company.
How can I communicate to my company what is failing and any potential solutions that can be considered? OR is there something that I can do differently within FTH?

You have to tell your IT folks to accept email from your website address solvay.freetoasthost.ws and freetoasthost.ws

Susan-
In addition to what Brian said, some overzealous spamfilters stop emails from the username "nobody", such as "nobody@solvay.freetoasthost.ws". Unfortunately, that has long been a standard name meaning basically "don't reply to this, it wasn't sent by a real human, replies will go nowhere". Your IT department, or whoever controls your spamfilters, need to NOT block "nobody" emails, or at least from "nobody" at your FTH site.
(Using the "server address as From" setting should have stopped the other usual overzealous-spamfilter nonsense, which is for xyz.com to automatically reject all mail from outside that claims to come from xyz.com.)

Thank you both!
I will repost with results when I have received a response from our IT group.
The IT support department requests the actual IP address to reference.
Is there a way that I can determine the IP address or can you provide it?
Thanks,Susan
