There is no specific maillist for guests. The only way is to add them as members.

I, too, would find this very useful.

You could just put the list of visitor information such as mail addresses in "Members Only" under "Brainstorming" within an entry in Brainstorming called "What to communicate to potential members." You would still have to collect the information and enter it as a club member with member access.

I'm with Eileen. It'd be a lot more convenient to CC guests@... than our current non-solution of pasting in a large number of email addresses, which may or may not have been properly updated by the individual sender.
Rather than adding just one hardcoded list for members, it'd be more useful to have several custom lists that may contain some mixture of members and/or non-members.

I agree. Being able to have a guest mailing list would be wonderful.
The other issue is when a Toastmaster from another club gives a speech (Area Governor visits or a model speaker for a contest, for example). I found I was having problems with completing the duty roster. I solved it by creating a "member" called "Guest Toastmaster". That "member" has no name, no e-mail address, and no phone, but can be a fill-in for the Duty Roster. Under comments, I then put who that person was.
