I noticed that duty roaster and new membership email can have specific dynamic field. e.g Duty roaster has date and member name and new membership email has name, username etc. We wanted to add toastmaster’s name, email and phone number in our duty roaster’s email. This is double dynamic since it needs to look at who is toastmaster for a duty roaster and then get that person’s name, email and phone info.

It will be beneficial to many clubs since members will receive this information in email. They need not login to web site to find this contact info if they want to contact toastmaster of the meeting for any specific question like (inform is they are running late or cannot attend).

Great idea.

In the mean time I print the members list to PDF file using the free "cute pdf writer" http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

and send that out to all members as an attachment along with a copy of the 'sign up page' showing the next three rosters.
