Subject: Administrative access to Calendar, etc

In the past, there are admin roles to various parts of the website, such as Duty Roster. Some officers are not that technical savvy and I don't want to give them full access to the administrative back end of the website. However, I want to give someonne access to set up items like Calendar,
FAQ,
Member Quarterly Goals
members.

Can any of this be done?
