Sura-

Things like this are usually due to browser caching. Have you tried forcing a reload? Hold the shift key while you click the Reload Page button. That should force your browser to fetch the latest version of all resources.

If that doesn't work, make sure you're carefully following the instructions for logo replacement. It can be tricky!

I reload the page with shift key and it is not what I uploaded, it just toastmasters written in the blue background. I used photoshop, shall I use another program?

Thanks

Was the name of the image you uploaded ti_top.jpg

I uploaded the default blank banner and it worked correctly.

What exactly are you doing.

I'm not quite sure what you've done wrong. It looks to me as though you've replaced the banner file with one that contains an image of the text of the URL, i.e., http://taie.freetoasthost.ws/themes/ti/ti_top.jpg. Go to that URL and you'll see what I mean. Replace both instances ti with ti2 and you see a normal banner, from an alternate color scheme. Or for an altered one, see http://fairfax.freetoasthost.org/themes/blue/blue_top.jpg.

Try making sure that your banner file does indeed contain the image you want it to, and then uploading again, using the Upload Custom Logo feature on the admin panel, NOT the normal file upload.

Yes it was ti.logo template but I edited it in photoshop and add TAIE TOASTMASTERS. However, I wouldn't upload.

Dave,

When I go to that URL it gives me the message this URL doesn't exist on this server. I don't know what to do.

I added Taie toastmasters to ti logo template in photoshop but when I upload it in 'upload logo' it shows only ' toastmasters ' written in the blue background.

Now I have only banner without our club name ((((((

Any suggestions?

Sura

Thanks

I'm having problems with the banner too. I've added the club name to the usa logo and it looks great in the graphics program (Serif Photo Plus 6) when I look at the image size, it is exactly 670 x 75. I saved it to the desktop as a .jpg file and browsed to it from the "Upload Custom Logo" section of the admin page.

However, when I reload, the banner is one big blue thing with a small red x in the upper left corner.

If after you upload your banner and see a large blue space with a red X, it means your image editing application did not create a valid .jpg file

Please start over with a blank template logo and when you have made your changes with your image editing software do a file "save as" and select a file type of .jpg
