Can't figure out the problem

I recently started setting up a website for our toastmasters club. I managed to fill in one of the links (Directions) with a club description (yeah, it's the wrong place) but I somehow got out of the site and can't get back in. BTW, the website is http://protoasties.freetoasthost.ws.

It's not at all clear how to log back onto the site to develop it further and make corrections. Can anybody help me on this? Maybe if you could spell out the steps? My email address is jcharr1234@aol.com

You need to log into the site administration page using the site admin user and password, link is bottom center of every page.

Scroll down to the area with all the pages listed and click the pencil to the left of the page you want to edit.
