I cannot see the historical info for one of the roles - Table Topics Evaluator - Evens.
However, the count informantion for the Odds role is recorded (as is all other roles).
Thx Carel
Carel-
I don't have the behind-the-scenes access to check this out, but I have some diagnostic ideas.
First, check your "history file" -- that would be http://elim.freetoasthost.com/members/historical.txt. This file contains tab-separated columns. The first is the date, and each further one is a role. The role column contain a name if someone filled it then, blank if nobody did it, and X if you didn't use it then. See if the correct names, as far as you can recall, appear in the correct slot on the correct date. If they don't, then something went wrong in recording them. Did they appear correctly when the roster was still in the future, before it was deleted? You can also check the equivalent file for future rosters, as duty.txt instead of historical.txt.
If the history file seems correct, next try renaming the roles (on your admin page), so that the differences appear earlier, such as "Even-numbered Table Topics Evaluators" and "Odd-etc.". Some systems (and I have no idea if FTH is one) have a limit on how far into some names they will consider unique. So, it might be combining the two, either adding them together or overwriting one with the other.

Dave - thx for teh response
I re-named the roles but it still does not show on the historical roles report. The data is not show on the historical.txt file but IS on the duty.txt file. It appears to be the last value on the duty.txt file, could it be ran array index problem on the historical.txt file?
Carel
Are the number of tab-separated columns the same in the history file as in the duty file? They should be. If they are, then I doubt it's an array index problem. But, I do believe it's some kind of a problem in the transference from duty to history. I'm still getting a tingly spider-sense from the similarity of the names. Try these tests, with the roles having names with an early difference:
1) Open the historical data file, using the links between the form for editing a user, and the list of users. Let me know which, if any, show both of those roles *at all*, never mind with data in both.
2) Add a fake roster to the duty roster. Put people in for the roles. Delete it. Check the history file, both directly and via the links I mentioned above, to see if NOW the roles make it in there. The old ones will stay gone, since AFAIK there's nowhere else that that information is recorded, but at least you can start reliably capturing the data about future meetings.
If that doesn't do it, then sorry, I'm out of suggestions that don't require behind-the-scenes access like Bo or Brian would have.
