Q. How do members access the duty roster?

A. The duty roster has three levels of access.  1) member access 2) Toastmaster access and 3) administrator access. 

Member access. Every member of the club that is registered in the members' database can access the on-line duty roster by clicking the "Duty Roster" link under the "Members Only" heading on the left hand menu.  The member will be required to enter his or her member username and password.  With member access, the member can

  • sign him or herself up for available roles on existing agendas
  • remove him or herself from roles currently signed up
  • print rosters
  • print sign up sheet for all upcoming meetings
  • send rosters to member list
  • update meeting notes
