Enhanced Public Blog Comments (Bo)

If you have your blog open to guests for commenting, it will now ask for their name, website, and e-mail - none of which is actually required (because they will just fake it anyway if it were). In addition, guests can give "fancy" comments by using the HTML editor. To read and/or listen to the complete article, you must be logged in. See below.
