Ability to Hide Homepage "Teasers" From Non-Members (Ryan)

Administrators can now decide to hide from non-members all homepage teasers for featured blogs and multi-media. To implement on your site, go to Homepage Editor > Homepage Center Column > Featured Content (Blogs/Videos) > check the box for "Show the featured content to Members Only", and Save.
