As you know only too well Good seo begins with strongly targetted file names. And I've just posted a new article to my new member pages ADDRESS below

http://www.pranicpulseoflife.com/members/ppol/webpages/goodwill

Well the article IS ON sPIRITUAL NUTRITION and I'd like to either omit the file name term 'goodwill' (My nickname) to sPriritualntrion OR add on the term spiritualnutrition to the address above.

Please Bo, in the interests of good SEO How do I acheive this please?

If SEO is your goal, do not use member webpage. use a custom admin webpage. With custom admin webpages you can define your file name.

There is a link, on your footer that says "custom admin webpages" - click that. You must be logged in as admin to see it.
