A couple of pre-sales questions:
1. Is there a link to a PDF copy of the full documentation, for review? I did see the online doc's but they did not seem to answer questions like, "How do you export a copy of the members information?"
2. Are there training video's for site owners?
3. How often are system backups made?

No PDF, but you can download and print the admin manual using the link above.
Many of the tasks are very self-explanatory -- once in the system it will be clear.
Yes - look in the video section of this site. You will see a 1 1/2 hour training video.
We make backups daily and keep about 20 copies. But these are emergency only. You will need to make local backups of your own data.
