Can I set up a website to simply offer all the facilities in igroops like audio/video/blogs/forums etc?

I was thinking of offering it as a communication center for a specific market?

If I can do this - can members set up their own groups etc within the package.

For example if a system was sold to a big company can the users create groups (like departments) and even sub groups - sales - widget sales for example and then create their own blogs.

Finally could members within the group communicate with each other?

iGrOOps is ideal for this, but it would be one group per purpose. That is, you cannot take a group and divide it more from there... with the exception of "sub groops" which are limited to forum categories only.
