Hi, I was using the teleconfrence app. yesterday, I tested it before I tried it with a client and it worked fine. so I decided to try it with a client and all he could hear was the hold music. Can the admin. pull someone off hold? was it something that the caller did wrong? He says he just entered the code, his name, and was just sent to hold music? any ideas why this happened?
I will be using this feature extensively if I purchase this monthly, So I need to know how to solve problems like this. I'm sure expereince will be helpful, but is thier some other guide to the opperation of this app?
Can you have unlimited members join on webinars?

Sounds like the caller mistyped the conference code. I did that once and waited on hold for a long time!
Since there are unlimited conference codes, there is no message to tell you a wrong code was entered.
There is really no guide besides the graphic that shows features.
