Hi,

How do I disable email notification option each time a topic is posted. I dont have the option in user preferences.

We really dont want 100 email notifications in a day. Even if we have the "Post on forum only - do not e-mail to the group" checked, we are still getting emails.

If you are just "director of content" (I looked at your site, and it appears you are) you should not be getting an email notification every time a message is posted on the forum. The main admin, a co-administrator and director of communications WILL get these notices.

If it is a response to a thread you partcipated in, you will get an email notificaiton, regardless of whether the sender opts to email to the group.

If you believe you are getting email notifications on ALL new posts, please let me know, and we can look into it further.
