I am setting up a new igroop (imcollege) and want to use a $1 upfront fee, force continuity, risk free 14 day trial on L0.

When I test it the transaction fails due to the fact that Authorize.net is not receiving an address just the name.

I have tested ecommerce in the same site and the full address goes through to Authorize.net and the transaction is approved.

I have tested unchecking the box for forced continuity [Charge the one-time fee right away (forced continuity) -- cannot be used with PayPal]

without the free trial and the trans succeeds.

So my conclusion is that whenever the forced continuity box is checked the address is NOT sent through to authorize.net.

Help

Hi Mike,

Can you please send us screen shots from your authorize.net account of the detail on the transaction that went through, and the one that did not. You can email to salesteam at igroops dot com. Thanks.
