Subject: Password Reset Problem

I have a new member on "playbyhear.com" who forgot her password. She used the reset feature, but when she enters her "token" it gives the error message, "invalid token". What is she doing wrong?

If this member is still having a PW issue, please have her email us from the email address on file w/ her account/profile, requesting a password reset. Please ask her to include her nickname (username) and the site she's a member of, and trying to login to. salesteam at igroops dot com.
