Hi Ryan
I have a member who forgot her password and can't remember her first pet's name. (The community is One Moment Meditation.) I told her to clear her cache and try again, guessing at her first pet's name, but I'm not sure this will do the trick. Please let me know what else to tell her.

If you PM me with her nickname, I can change her PW on the backend...then she can login and change it back to something of her choosing. |
