I am having trouble with the text box. In the Homepage editor, the private messaging bot and elsewhere on the site. It is gray when I open the application. Even commenting on a blog article it won't let me in.
Could you advise me where I can adjust this feature as Adiminstrator?

What browser are you using?

In or near the address bar in IE, you should see an icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. Clicking the icon will put you in/out of compatibility mode. |
