I'm trying to update my member's profile. Section Affiliate ID, trying to input BDR but it's not updating even when your save it. I noticed this because it's not showing also in the Member's with most affiliates. www.Suresales.asia ________________________________ with Respect,

It looks like you may by trying to input the affiliate nickname in the "tracking ID" field instead of the "affiliate ID" field. I looked at your members' profiles, and a few of them had your affliate ID listed in the tracking ID field. I tested with a few different members, using both your affiliate ID, and affliate ID of others, and each time that I inputed the nickname in the "affiliate ID" field and saved, it stayed saved in the profile. I also went to "check your affiliate commissions" and viewed the full affiliate commissions report, to verify the commission was showing. (After I tested, I set everything back to the way I found it). |

Maybe I'm doing this wrong but when I tried deleting the tracking ID and input the Nickname at the affiliate ID it's still not saving.
Can you please check this one again on the side of the administrator?

I put it in Bern's profile, and it's working fine. I noticed you put it in Cam's profile, but it's listed with + sign before it: +BDR. Try removing the + and saving.
The only other thing I can think of is if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, make sure your browser is in compatibility mode. In or near the address bar in IE, you should see an icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. Clicking the icon will put you in/out of compatibility mode.

I've seen what you did with BERN and it appeared in the Affiliate Comm.
But again I tried it with Cam and Junnar and it's still not saving, deleted + sign and saved still nothing happened.
I'm using the new firefox as my browser. and now went back to Safari still no improvements.
Do you recommend that I create another iGroops account?
and there are some custom links not appearing in the menu bar. BLOG and FORUM and ASSOCIATE PARTNERS when logged in.
One last thing I'm not appearing in Member's with Most Affiliates? ________________________________ with Respect,

I added BDR as affiliate ID for Jummar and Cam, and both worked. I noticed that Cam was showing BDR as tracking ID, and affiliate ID was listed as http://www.suresales.asia.
I think I've identified this issue, however. It appears that adding one's own affiliate ID in another member's profile will not save-- however, entering another member's affiliate ID works just fine. Here's how to work around it (at least for now). Create a new profile on the site, and assign co-admin access. Then when you need to add your own affiliate ID to profiles, login as the co-admin and make the updates.
The reason some of the custom links aren't appearing is because you have a couple of custom link titles that don't have a URL associated with them (e.g., BLOG, SOLUTIONS). If you go back to your homepage editor and input a URL for each of these, then save, the links should show in your header.
Still looking into "members with most affiliates".
