Why nonmember or members not logged in cannot see the list of new members on the left side of the home page. The signup form seem to occupy the location where the new members photos should be. See attachement.

If you are using the option on Homepage Editor > Left Column > "Include New Members On Left Column" .... this list shows up *only* for members logged in-- it does not show up on the non-member page. I see you are currently using the "members with most affiliates" option; this list shows on both the member and non-member page.
