OK, I was finally able to get 2 of my own training videos uploaded to my video/mp3 gallery. I know the files uploaded successfully as I watch their progress. However, once uploaded, the files did not appear in the "uploaded media" pull down. So, what happened? Do I have to upload them again?? |

Brian,
I've tried your suggestions and still no change! I don't understand, I upload to Podomatic files that are MUCH larger and I have ZERO problems. I have the files converted into a Micosoft Media video format...could that the problem? Is there a better format that I should be saving the files in?

Yes, they were uploaded by someone else for me.
However, I tried to upload a file today and it was successful. The system even said that there was a duplicate file and so it was renaming mine. However, when I went to "Uploaded Media" to select my file...it doesn't show up at all. |

Hi Ken...I have a suggestion for you. I see you are a member of multiple iGrOOp; I suspect cookies may be interferring. Please go to each of your iGrOOps and make sure you are logged out. Then login to only the iGrOOp you are trying to upload video to. Try uploading again. |

Ryan,
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried logging in and the OUT of every group that I am a member of. Then I tried the upload. The upload gave me a 100% success rate. But as usual, when I went to "uploaded media" to select my file...it was NOT there!

Ryan,
I just tried another upload. Again I rec'd a 100% upload completion, then it renamed my file as the system said I had already previously uploaded a file of the same name...the it gave me the following error message:
Authentication Error.
