I need to be able to show a member that an email they send to another member has actually been opened.

Is this possible please. I can't see anywhere this is mentioned.

Do you mean a private message sent through an iGrOOp? I don't believe there's a way to determine if the other party has opened the private message.

I need members to be able to contact each other - whether thru email or private message doesn't matter. The main outcome is for them to be able to communicate with each other - but I don't want them knowing each others email addresses either. It would be a great bonus if the sender could tell if the recipient had opened the message. I hope this explains it more fully - not found it easy to explain well :)

Private messaging will enable your members to communicate with each other w/out disclosing their email addresses. If a member sends another member a private message, the recipient will receive an email letting them know they have been sent a PM. The user can then login to read the entire message an respond.

This app is found in the Communication System. Also, if a member is viewing another member's profile, they will see a button to click to send the member a PM.
