I would like to know how to post videos to the site, am I able....videos from others site or perhaps YouTube?

Hi Diana,

There is information on this site regarding posting videos. Check the admin manual. You can simply take the "embed code" from YouTube and paste it into the html section of your custom page. (Use the OLD VERSION option in YouTube.) You can can access the HTML part of your page by clicking on the "HTML" link in the panel:
