Getting Started with iGrOOps

Welcome to iGrOOps™! iGrOOps™ is a fresh new take on the “Internet communities” concept. It’s a web-based information sharing, communication, collaboration, and marketing tool for groups of any size. iGrOOps™ is ideal for local communities, large and small businesses, friends and families, non-profits and everyone in between.

This manual contains all you need to know about starting your own iGrOOp.  Read the sections that interest you most, or use the "Print All" link to print out this entire document.

• No setup charge.  We no longer include the basic design package in the setup.  Customers can purchase the design package at anytime, or choose not to.
• Free 30 day trial - no credit card required. In order to give more people the opportunity to experience iGrOOps, we have extended the trial period from 10 days to 30 days, and made it so no credit card is required on sign up.  Now there is NO excuse not to try iGrOOps!
• UNLIMITED GROUPS! All customers on the $99/mo plan have the ability to create as many different groups as they can use.  These are fully functional groups just like the main group.  Simply visit the igroops.com homepage and click any of the links to create a new group.  Be sure you are logged in under your main administrator nickname. 
• Three membership levels.  No longer just limited and full, now limited, full, and exclusive.
• Custom membership level names. You can now name your membership levels.
• No more OnlineGroups.com. This was just too confusing for everyone.  We are sticking with the branding of iGrOOps.com.
• OnlineGroupAffiliates.com is now just http://affiliates.igroops.com.  This goes along with the branding change.  Also, this site is now exclusively for affiliate information on iGrOOps. All training material has been moved to http://ids.igroops.com.
• Banners updated.  If you are using any of the OnlineGroup.com banners, please update them to the new iGrOOps.com banners found at affiliates.igroops.com.
• Documention updated.  You can find updated docs and manuals at http://ids.igroops.com.
