You cannot make all your applications open to the world -- a few applications such as the chat / on-line teleconference application and file sharing application require a valid iGrOOps login. Other applications such as the communication system allow the world to read posts (if you choose that setting) but requires membership to your iGrOOp to post a message. In short, most applications that are interactive require membership. When open to the "world", these applications are for viewing only.
