A. If your formatting does not look correct, like different fonts are being used, spaces where you did not put them, etc., chances are, you cut and pasted the text from to your FAQ.  When you do this, the textarea attempts to read the formatting but is not always successful.  If you have this problem, it is suggested that you paste your text into notepad (or another plain text editor) first to remove all formatting, then copy and paste into the FAQ textarea.
