Q. How come I cannot see the chat window?

A. If you can hear the chat, but not see the window anywhere, chances are you have a java version older than 1.5 installed on your machine. Check the java icon in you toolbar for the version number. If it is any version less than 1.5, go to java.com and update java. It is a quick and easy install. Don't forget to close all your web browsers then reopen.
