Q. How many blogs can I create?

A. If members are allowed to create a blog, they can only create one blog per membership. However, members of the administration team can create an unlimited number of blogs.

If I purchased the $99.00 package would I be the administrator with my partner? And members of my group could also each create one blog?

You can assign as many admins as you like, so yes, each admin can create unlimited blogs.
