Q. As a member, how do I create my own blog?

A. Assuming members are allowed to create their own blogs in your iGrOOp, you will see a link on the blog page "Your Blog" -- click this link.

Here you create your first blog post, and you will asked for some "Global Settings" at the bottom of this page.  Specifically, category of your blog, your Blog title, and a short description. You will have the option to change any of these global settings when editing a post or creating new posts.

If I am the administrator of my blog and I make posts will members of my iGrOOp be able to post replies once the administrator approves the posts?

Members "comment" on blog posts like you are doing here. You will get an e-mail notice that a comment has been made and you can remove it, edit it, or leave it as is.
