Q. How does iGrOOps use Meebo�?

A. Administrators (or members of the administration teams) of individual iGrOOps can use Meebo™ to communicate with prospects looking that their iGrOOp and/or with members/visitors (anyone logged in) already in their iGrOOp. They communicate through what is called a "widget", which is a Flash-based tool that is included in your iGrOOp left menu that provides a users with a way to communicate with you (the iGrOOp admin team member) in real time using text chat.
