Q. Can I Upload Camtasia Videos?

A. YES.  We adjusted this application to work beautifully with this Camtasia.  For awesome results:

  • save your video using the standard "web" setting BUT edit the size: change the size to 576x432 (so that will end up being 576x450 with the control bar)
  • you want to upload the .swf file created

You will be impressed with the results.  In order to have the controls embedded, you MUST be using version 5 or above of Camtasia.

Can the Camtasia video be shown in a pop-up window? I want users to be able to move the video around the screen while watching software tutorials, so they can use the software and watch the tutorial at the same time. I currently do this with javascript.

Hi, I noticed that camtasia is coming out with a version for Macs-- how about ScreenFlow, by telestream? is ScreenFlow compatible and "uploadable" to igroops? http://www.telestream.net/screen-flow/overview.htm
