Q. What can I do to produce videos with the best conversion results?

A. Any standard video/audio format should work fine. This includes .wmv, .mov, .wma, .mp3, .wav... the list goes on. Be sure the source file has the sound set at 44100, 22050, or 11025 hz, otherwise your sound could be out of sync with video, or in the case of audio only, sped up (like chipmunk sounds).
